With the advent of robots combined with artificial intelligence, have become an indispensable part production and life. Especially in recent years, collaboration between humans machines has a research trend field robotics, high work efficiency flexibility. The advantages safety stability make intelligent best choice for current industrial service industries labor intensity hazardous working environments. This paper is aimed at studying software design sensor robot system based on multidata fusion. In this paper, through needle robot’s precision requirements problem fast response, path method ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithm proposed.
